So I am somewhat technologically savvy.....

Hey everyone out there! I figured this out with only one phone call for help from Stacey (my other guru was at school working on someone else's computer...:). I decided to get our family online with the blog thingy after following so many very useful and inspiring ones. Our blog will be mostly for the purpose of keeping our loved ones up to date with our daily doings. I'll strive to make it full of a greater purpose and inspiration while I'm at it!



As many of you know, my parents have decided to move very far away, upon the much anticipated arrival of my father's retirement. So, my main reason for doing this blog is so that we can keep in touch with Mom/Grammy/Gramma. We know she will need to know daily what these little ones are doing. And as the dutiful wife that she always has been I know she will drag him away from whatever stinky old truck, tractor, or hammock that he may be into and make him see what they are doing too.

So for now, the kids are at Vacation Bible School at Traveler's Rest Baptist Church. It's just 2 miles down the road. Even Emma got to go into a class this morning! She was very excited to get to go to vacation "bobby school". We've been swimming a lot this summer at my friend Amy's parent's house. Madison took off first just like a little fish; then Mason. Tracy and I are still working on Emma's confidence in the water. She's getting there. We've been to Kings Dominion once and plan to go back many more times. We got the season passes. That's a wrap for now! Lunch at Chick-Fil-A with Andy and Allie and Jack and Caroline later...
