It took me a week

Alright, here are a couple of pictures from our trip to Kings Dominion. We went last Sunday. It only took me a week to sit down and get them uploaded. We had quite a week. It seems like we're doing something every day. When I try to stay home to catch up with the housework they are as crazy as bedbugs! They're always requesting to go to this friend's house or that, have a playdate, go to KD, go to Nannie Nannie's to swim, or what have you.
We have a new member of the family. Well not officially. Nanny and Granddaddy got a new doggy on Thursday. He will be two in Oct. and he's a black lab named Maxwell. Max for short. He came from a breeder down in Caroline County. He wasn't perfect so I guess he wasn't "sellable" if you will. He has a peak/line of hair down between his eyes that's not supposed to be there. A sort of cowlick kinda thingy. He's as precious as he can be though. He's just right for us. Gracie likes him and boy does he like her! He was practically glued to her at the shoulder when he first met her. He's very nervous and skittish but seems to be settling down as time goes on. The children and Gracie seem to really make him happy.
One last thing, my friend Nicole's little girl Gracen is in the hospital today. She was admitted yesterday afternoon due to a sore on her bummy cheek that turned out to be MRSA. It's a staph infection-that just scares the bejeebees out of me-and they're acting quickly on it. As of last night they planned to do surgery on it this morning. Please keep them in your prayers. Nicole said Gracen was petrified-she's only 3 (last week). Thanks.
