All is well on the home front

Mason's sleep study went well. He was such a trooper. It took nearly two hours for the tech to get him all hooked up to all the wires, tubes, and electrode thingys. Of course, I think he slowed her down a bit with a question about every little thing. Her concentration wasn't focused like it would be with a quiet adult. :) Finally, around 10:30 when she was finished tweaking and fiddling with everything, he zonked out within five minutes!
I went into the office with her and she showed me what everything was tracking. He was snoring very loudly and having substantial leg movements but his chest and stomach rise and falls (respirations) were fine. That was around 11pm and then I went to bed too. I don't know what else they tracked through the night so we'll have to wait a couple of weeks to get the results. Dr. Bradshaw (pediatrician) will get them and then call us. Thanks for all the calls and prayers for our little fella!
My student JP started his delayed intensification phase for his non-Hodgkin Lymphoma treatment yesterday. This is his last major phase (9wks) before being considered in remission. It has a reputation of being very harsh and is known as the red devil phase. I have a link to his CarePage on here if you'd like to follow along with him and his family. Thanks in advance for prayers for his sweet little self.

And in closing, we're on the downhill now to spring break. The children are counting down to travelling to Grammy and Poppy's house. I think we'll go on Saturday. Daddy will join us on Monday. It should be a fun time. My Aunt Paula, my cousin Paul and his family will be there too. It will be nice to have a nice family Easter. I might even organize an egg hunt for the little peoples!
Ciao' for now!
