Madison has not really been stressed about the fact that Mason rode his bike without training wheels first. It hasn't been for a lack of trying on his part since he rubs her nose in it every chance he gets! Ever since their beginning, she has usually been the one to do things first but not this time! He's been around a month or two after her but with this.... he has reveled in his glory!
Yesterday she came to the back yard to tell Tracy and me that she figured out how to do it. When I prompted her to show me, she backed out. Today after school was another story. She was ready. By the time we had to go in for dinner, they were racing down the hill. Oh the fun of having a twin! She just had to do it when she was ready- on her own terms.
This is a video of her first ride. Notice as Evil Canevil sp? comes from the side to ram her and she still recovers to go a little ways by herself. Ah, the fun of having a twin!
