Well, we had a nice weekend. Mason went back to school on Friday. He's feeling great. He did quite well through his recuperation. With the tonsils not being involved, it was pretty easy for him. The first day was kind of rough but after that he was back on his feet. We've been swimming quite a bit. They're all doing really well with that, even Emma Grace. She's feeling really confident. Thursday will be the twins' last day of Kindergarten.
Tracy and I went to the 2008 Frazier-Mason Some Gave All Rally on Saturday. It was about 98 degrees with a heat index of 105 I think. Hot Hot Hot! Despite the heat, the rough count was 600-800 motorcycles and 1200-1500 people who came out. It was a good day, all for a good cause. 100% of the money that was made by the Some Gave All Foundation will go to local Wounded Warriors.
Saturday will be another volunteer day for me (and hopefully Tracy). It is the 2nd Annual Grace Oughton Cancer Foundation Golf Tournament. As many of you know, the Oughtons are near and dear to our hearts. Crystal and Alec are working very hard to keep Grace's memory alive and to help other families who are fighting childhood cancers. All proceeds from this foundation go to directly to funding for research and families dealing with childhood cancer. If you know of anyone who likes to golf, go to http://www.savegrace.com/ for more info on this fun day!
